By placing an order with Montana Timbercraft, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All furniture is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production prior to shipping. Each piece may vary slightly in color, grain, or appearance due to the natural qualities of solid hardwood.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods provided via Wix. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, materials are allocated and production may begin—at which point cancellations may result in a partial refund or store credit.

4. Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States. Items are securely packaged and shipped via FedEx or a comparable carrier. Customers will receive tracking numbers upon shipment.

5. Damage in Transit

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours at mark@montanatimbercraft.com with photos of the packaging and damage. We will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund based on the situation.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged in transit. For more details, see our Refund Policy.

7. Product Use and Care

Each product comes with a care guide. Montana Timbercraft is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, exposure to improper conditions (e.g., extreme humidity), or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, and images are the property of Montana Timbercraft and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Montana Timbercraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lake County, Montana.
